Our terms of payment require full payment in advance before we prepare your shipment. There are no exemptions to this. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal payments & Wire transfer.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase. As we manufacture and process our own products, each item undergoes strict quality checks before shipping.

When will I receive my order?
We ship through trusted delivery partners like FedEx and DHL. Delivery typically takes 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking & Notifications
Once shipped, tracking and dispatch details will be sent to your registered email address.

Return Window
Returns are accepted only if notified within 2 days of receiving the package. Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Hair bundles must have both cable ties intact and must not be damaged, cut, bleached, permed, or worn.
• Products must be new and unused.
• Customized orders are non-returnable.
  

Return Shipping Instruction

• Use postal services only (e.g., USPS for the USA).
• Include a note on the airway bill:

“Returned goods are defective, not usable, and are being sent back to the manufacturer.”

• Declare the value as USD 5 for customs clearance.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated once the returned goods are received and approved by our facility. Hairrootz reserves the right to reject any return that doesn’t meet the above conditions.
• We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return transit.

International Shipments must go through customs. The rules and regulations for customs clearance vary by country. The customer is responsible for paying any additional taxes, fees or duties or arranging any special permits or paperwork that may be needed. Only invoices are sent along with all the shipments. If you require any other documents, you will have to inform us in advance and pay additional charges for the same.
